Landlord’s content insurance specifically caters for rental properties. So, if you’ve an apartment for rent, landlord’s content insurance can help protect your contents and provide liability cover.
Even though landlord’s content cover is not obligatory, we would strongly advise availing of it for your peace of mind and to protect your contents.
Our landlord’s contents insurance is provided on a ‘single property’ basis. But, our property owner’s insurance is available for owners with residential, commercial or mixed portfolios of up to 10 properties (maximum sum of €2 million per property) that are let to individuals or companies.
We’ve got you covered! Our property owners insurance might be a better choice for you. We also provide insurance for individual tenants and renters.
